Core Values

1) The Importance of Jesus Christ

Jesus Christ is the only human expression of the Creator God and therefore is Lord God.
"Christ is the visible image of the invisible God. He existed before God made anything at all and is supreme over all creation." (Colossians 1:15)

2) The Truth in The Bible

The Bible is the written expression of God's dealings with humankind and contains God's truth which is relevant to every age and culture.
"All scripture is inspired by God and is useful to teach us what is true and to make us realise what is wrong with our lives. It straightens us out and teaches us to do what is right." (II Timothy 3:16)

3) The Uncompromising Message of Jesus Christ

The Gospel (Good News) of Jesus is that His death, His burial and especially His resurrection validates His claim to be the human expression of the Creator God and the only means by which any person may have a personal relationship with God.
"Now let me remind you, dear brothers and sisters, of the Good News I preached to you before. You welcomed it then and still do now, for your faith is built on this wonderful message. And it is this Good News that saves you if you firmly believe it - unless, of course, you believed something that was never true in the first place" I Corinthians 15:1-4)

4) The Real and only Valid Relationship with God

The relationship a person has with God is only through Jesus Christ and is appropriated by God's Holy Spirit living in that person.
"And now you also have heard the truth, the Good News that God saves you. And when you believed in Christ, He identified you as His own by giving the Holy Spirit, whom He promised long ago" (Ephesians 1:13)

5) The Local Church

Any group of believers in Jesus Christ meeting in any location is the corporate expression of Jesus and the outworking of His love for all people.
"For where two or three gather together because they are mine, I am there among them" (Matthew 18:20)
"So now I am giving you another commandment: Love each other. Just as I have loved you, you should love each other. Your love for one another will prove to the world that you are my disicples." (John 13:34f)
